husqvarna shotguns

I have an old side by side with hammers serial #478xx. nice old shotgun that I even shoot from time to time,I found one like it on GB auction #15118240,and this seller has all kinds of info on his gun,my question is where would you research old husqvarna shotguns to get this kind of info,I believe mine is even older than his by the difference in the barrel the rib in mine is smooth and his is checkered,down the middle of my rib it has husqvarna vapenfabrik.any info on the gun or where to research it would be greatly appreciated.
