DSA rifle in 308 caliber

I put money down on a rifle today. Its a DSA in 308 and it comes with five 20 rd mags, the folding DSA bipod, a hard case. It appears to be in unfired condition and the price was $840. I thought it was a really good deal then I came home and did a search here on GB and found that its ballpark price. Not a super deal. I have been wanting one of these for some time so I am happy with the purchase none the less.

    New DSA Fal's are starting at $1,100 in my neck of the woods I think you made out good with the mags ,case and bipod.

    A good deal is a state of mind!

    I've paid too much for a couple of my guns...let's see, I bought my first Colt AR15 SP1 at TG&Y (like a Walmart) in 1982 for FULL RETAIL!!

    Price $350.00.

    Did I get a good deal? You tell me...

    AND, I still have it and it has given me years of enjoyment.

    Enjoy, and by the way, I like the looks of those things, post back and let us know how it shoots!! Post pics, too...can't get enough pics!

    I would really like to post photos, but for some reason...maybe I am mildly slow...I can't figure out how to do it! I know it has been explained before, but maybe if someone explained how to do it in laymans terms I will get the hang of it! I have been wanting one of these DSA rifles for years and figured today was the day! I will not be able to pick it up for about a month as its on layaway until I get some cash!
