Winchester Model 1200 Stock?

Can someone tell me if a Winchester Model 1200, 12ga stock will fit a Winchester Model 1200 20ga? Friend of mine has a 20ga stock that needs replaced, but seems every stock you see listed is for a 12ga.

  IT WILL FIT ON THE GUN BUT WILL STICK OUT BEOND THE RECEIVER.
