help with gew 98

I need help with some proof marks and such on my Gew 98 and if these marks raise or lower value. It sayswaffenfabrik mauser a.-g. oberndorf a/n. 1916 #2650. on left side it has 703 with a y under it. On leftside of barrel has naco. on the right side has cal 8mm turkey. any help on this would be great thanks in advance.

  With out actually seeing pics of your rifle it's difficult to give a definitive assessment, but from your description it seems to be one of the rifles that Turkey acquired during or after the First World War.
  
  Many, many Turkish Mausers have been coming into the U S, and have been selling inexpensively on the surplus market in recent years.
