Either Bass Pro or Cabelas has them and they have a guide in there. You set it up against the scope and measure both ends.
I'd highly recommend getting see-thru ones. I like one clear and one yellow tint one. I almost missed the opportunity of my biggest buck a few years ago because I hadn't flipped the covers up...0 -
"Butler Creek" has a nice line of these. You may be able to download/print a scale to measure the circumferences of your scope with.
You wrap the piece of paper around both ends and where the end meets determines the model to buy.

On the left side of the web page select; "Scope Covers." They discuss a measurement process to determine what size you need if you don't know, and what model number to order. You can order them there also.0 -
My dealer reccomends bringing scope in to make sure covers fit, the catalog number an't always right, he says.
I've been using them since they came out, but the see thru type can throw off your aiming point. Only place I don't like em is in tight dark timber, lost one this year somewhere on Sheep Mountain!!

You can get the Butler Creek covers at most sporting goods stores and most gun shops have them or one's similar. 0 -
Pack, I meant that it is possible to use them down (for a close-in "snap-shot"). I too flip my covers up when actually hunting, but I do leave them down in the rain and while walking in/out to give optimal protection to the lenses on my scopes.
One other tip D@D, do NOT use harsh cleaners on them. I think I got acetone on mine and it turned 'em white - oops. [:(!]0 -
Yo D@D,email Darren at (www.rockcove.com) and he will get you Butler "Blizzard" cvr's (clear), they are black rubber and will fit perfect. ask him how to measure and you can get a great deal.Tell him jimbo sent you. jimbo 0 -
Take your scope and fit em . They can also flip down . 0 -
Be sure when fitting them to work the action if it is a bolt. I have one rifle with such close tolerance, working the bolt will strip off the rear cover.

The Butler Creek's have me so spoiled,I couldn't hunt without 'em.
They are a great invent,IMHO..................0 -
No measuring needed. Just give Cabelas a call and tell them the make/model/objective of your scope and they will tell you the catalog number. I've done this many times with many different scopes and Cabelas hasn't goofed it up yet. 0
