Glock 32 or 32C
I'm looking at a Glock model 32 ( 357 Sig ) in both the standard model 32 and the compensated model 32C. Is the compensated model worth it or is it even needed. The gun would be used as concealed carry and target shooting. Applied

for target shooting the compensator will be an aid to you in the reduction of recoil but, will may hurt your ability to shoot well in a combat situation with the increased muzzle flash and noise level. so really its a give and take 0 -
I'd personally skip the compensator. As buckdeer mentioned about the muzzleflash it can greatly reduce your ability to see at night if needed in a defensive situation.
Another thought is that you can get extended aftermarket barrels with a compensator in them (that's past the muzzle). However, I wouldn't recommend practicing with a different barrel than you're going to shoot for defense.0
