looking at the arcus 94 made in bulgaria,anybody own 1? are they good pistols?any info is greatly apprec thanks don

    Go to this forum, use the search function and go back into the archives to find the skinny on Arcus's. There's been a lot of comment on them over the years.

    I use to be over there quite regular, there was a bunch of stuff that came up about the Arcus. Questions similar to yours, history, quality etc.

    It's been a wile since they changed there web-site, maybe that affected the search function? You might have to sign up as a member to get it to work?

    Arcus pistols, the high power especially, is a very nice pistol and a exceptional value for the dollar spent. They only have one nagging problem, there were not built in the US, They are Bulgarian.[;)]

    I handled on over at another shop nearby. Not bad feeling, trigger pull was aweful as per norm. I was kinda tempted by the fact that they have an ambi safety.

    For $239, I think it might be fun to own.
