Bull barrel shotgun

Anyone tell me what the best (cheap)shotgun is to make a bull barrel shotgun from ? I been told a J C Higgins if so What model? What the best resonable target scope they use on these guns.Where do you find the bull barrels

  It would be cheaper to just buy a New England Ultra slug Hunter. It's the only 12 gauge I've ever seen with a "bull" barrel. It's pretty much a 10gauge barrel bored to 12 gauge. And it is pretty heavy.

  mrodda if you are refering too meat shoot match guns i know a little about them (used too build them).i know people still building them.yes the higgens mod 25 made by high standard is a good shotgun too build off of.if you need too know more you can email me.thanks don
