15RND TAURUS CLIP/MAGAZINE 9MM

I HAVE A 15 ROUND MARKED (TAURUS 9MM) CLIP.I WANT TO SELL.WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT MODELS IT WOULD FIT...OR AT LEAST NARROW IT DOWN.

    Does is say Made in Brazil? I'll have to check when I get home but I don't think my factory mags said 9mm on them. Just Made in Brazil. My first guess is that you have an aftermarket mag. Just going on memory though till I get home tonight.

    It is probably for the Model 92 and 99.

    Where is the latch hole located ? Is it upper right front or lower right rear ?

    IT IS LOWER RIGHT REAR,IT IS MARKED (TAURUS 9MM)WHICH APPEARS TO BE FACTORY MARKING.

    DOES NOT SAY BRAZIL,JUST STAMPED TAURUS 9MM RIGHT SIDE,LOOKS LIKE FACTORY TO ME..THOUGH I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH TAURUS HANDGUNS.

    My factor mags says CAL. 9 PARA MADE IN BRAZIL so my guess would be that it is not a factory mag. Given that I would say at best in the $15-$20 but who knows if it'd sell at that price even. And if the AWB goes away in Sept and you can get factory 15 round mags again then I'd probably put the value at about $5-$7. Just my $.02.

    Yes, it would fit a 92 or 99. A 99 is a 92 with adjustable sights.

    If the only thing it says is "TAURUS 9MM" and nothing else, it is one of the aftermarket ones. I had some of those years ago. They were okay, but not as good as factory Taurus. Original factory mags will say "made in Brazil". The later ones that Taurus had made by USA were initially left totally blank, the very late ones had the round Taurus logo laser etched on the side. If you could send a picture of the mag showing the markings, I could tell you for sure. I have done this for others in the past.
