does anyone know if any other manf. besides ruger will offer a rifle in this caliber? Perhaps H&R or some other single shot company? As always thanks for your replies

    To new to tell yet. I been watching it but Ruger is the only one seen so far. This was a joint venture by Hornady (for the ammo)and Ruger for the guns, so I assume the Ruger guns will hit the market first and then the others will follow.

    Not sure who all will but in my midsouth shooters supply book there are Encore and Contender barrels. It says they are due out in march.

    Guncontrol-The ability to hit what your aiming at.

    From the early reports it's a hot round and I'm sure it will be a hit with the "gotta have it" crowd. Give it a year to 18 months and I suspect that you will find at least 2-3 companies other than Ruger and the Encore/G2 chamberings.

    If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!
