Dutch M-95 No.3 carbine handguard?

Does anyone know where I might find an upper handguard for this gun? I have one that is in pretty decent shape except the upper handguard [and the cleaning rod] are missing.

  Well I am recently told that the recently reopened springfield sporters has some parts, you might try them. If you find one could you let me know at endofwork@netzero.net? I would like one myself.
