Sako Caliber Conversion

I recently bought a Sako Finnbear Deluxe .30-06. The gun is in excellent shape. I want to convert this gun to a .300 weatherby. Where do I start? I am in the Houston area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.[?]

  I would start by consulting a good gunsmith, not a parts exchanger. The project would involve rechambering, modification of the bolt face and extractor and modification of the magazine. It seems like a lot work and would suggest you find a rifle already chambered for the .300 Weatherby.
