Winchester shotgun question

Is there any differnce in a model 1200 receiver and a 120 "ranger" in other words can I safely interchance the barrels.

  THE M-120 WAS JUST A CHEAPENED-UP M-1200, PARTS SHOULD INTERCHANGE
