Proper twist for 6mm (Revised)

What is the proper twist for a 6mm Rem. shooting a 75 grain Nosler ballistic tip and also is the same twist recommended for a 95 grain bullet?

    6mm/.243 8" Special for VLD bullets over 100 gr.
    10" For bullets up to 120 gr. and VLD under 100 gr.
    12" For bullets up to 85 gr.
    13"* For bullets up to 75 gr.
    14"* For bullets up to 70 gr.
    15"* Special for bullets up to 70 gr.

    i would probably suggest a heavier bullet but it would depend on on what your intention was for the load. target? benchrest? groundhogs?

    no-nonsense is correct with the chart reference, however i'm not clear on what "you" currently have on your gun. stock barrel?
    my hart barrel has a 12.5 barrel twist (26.5 in barrel). i shoot 90-105 grainers for distance and 75 grainers for 200 yrd. benchrest with similar accuracy results.

    I have a Remington VLS which has a 1 in 9 1/8 twist. I cannot get it to group with 75 grain bullets. Should I go to a heavier bullet?

    I would try the 95gr pills up to the 105 and 107VLD's.

    why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....

    OK, now I'm curious. I am fairly knowledgeable, but what is a VLD?

    VLD = Very Low Drag. These are bullets with longer than normal ogives, that are very aerodynamic and usually have boattails. They require faster twists to keep them stable.
