The Brittish used at least (6) different Marks ( versions ) of the .455 Webley Revolver.
Since we don't know which one you have, we can't help you unless you identify it for us.

The "P. Webley & Sons" is a Dead give away that it is an Early Pistole of either the Solid Frame variety such as a R.I.C., Bulldog, Pug or very early break Top Kaufmann design.

In general you are correct, but this is a commercial MKIII with the P. Webley & Son mark and there are some very rare solid frame Webleys with the Webley & Scott mark.
