Colt ar-15

At first the Colt AR-15 used a different pin for connection with the upper receiver. Now that they got that fixed, will they/have they ever had lower receive with the notches above the selector switch (to prevent over turning the switch) like a M16? Everyone else offers this.

    What is the difference between the Colt models of AR-15? There is a Match target, Sporter match, Sporter competition, Competition match target. I'm sure there are others. Also what colt model will be the most accurate out of the box, I'm looking at a Sporter Compition HBAR with a 20 inch barrel and a 1:7 twist. Would I be better going with an older model? ( SP-1 )

    It wont hurt the gun, but you can help lessen the noise by removing the spring and buffer and putting a light coat of grease on the spring.

    Just put a little grease on your finger and rub it on the coils of the spring.
