Remington 1187 Magnum

Anyone out there using the 1187 magnum? If so what do you like or dislike? I found a used one in good condition at the gun shop for what I think is a reasonable price. I am looking at it for a turkey, duck, goose, dove, and anything else. How well do they shoot light loads? I thought about shooting some sporting clays just to get used to handling.
