Old knife question
I picked up a single blade pocket knife that has no finger nail slot. It is not a switch blade folder but it has a spring action. If you push the back of the blade down it pops up enough to grab it and open it. You push down for a second and it stays down. It's an Imperial blade if that rings any bells. Just wondering what kind of knife this is considered? What kind of collectors value do they have, generally speaking. Thanks in advance.[8D]

If the knife blade looks like it has a tiny can opener near the pivot point, it is what is called a trick knife. These were inexpensive knives sold by Smokey Mountain Knife Works for about $4. You hold the knife vertical to open it and press on the blade-flip it over and press the blade again anf it will lock closed again. Basically a conversation piece that will fool more people than you expect. 0
