M1 carbine takedown - how?

Can't locate a free download of a manual for this, anyone know of a link? If not to complex, can you respond with the reader's digest version of how to remove the bolt for basic cleaning please?

  Loosen the screw on the bayonet lug/ barrel band. slide it forward. the gun kinda falls apart on its own from there on in.

  Loosen the screw on the front band and slide it forward.
  Lift up the barrel and unhook it at the breech.
  Grasp the slide spring at the plunger(forward end), pull it rearward about 1/4", then to the side and out.
  Push the pin out at the forward end of the triggerguard and slide the triggerguard off.
  Pull the slide slowly rearward trying to rotate it counterclockwise
  and it will unkey from the barrel, bolt and receiver.
  I wouldnt advise dismantling the bolt without the tool. It can be done
  if you have experience at it.
  Triggerguard dismantling is self evident but don't do it unless necessary.
