Hi Standard broken firing pin help

A fellow shooter, without internet access, needs help in finding a new firing pin for his pistol. It broke near the tip the other day.

Here's what he told me:
Hi Standard Sportking, 1950's era, 6" barrel, left side says, "Hi Standard Sportking", and right side says,"SK100".

Can anyone give me some info on the correct pin to order? He's ready to machine one from drill stock, but I said that I would try to find where to buy the right one.

    they are pretty much all the same for the '100 series' guns. even though the same, some minor fitting may be needed. try www.rimfirecentral.com and talk to JBAR for even more exacting info. good luck! tell em ski sent ya!
