What's it worth and how old.
All original,was going to change sight's but my buddie's said it would loose value.May considering letting it go.

How old? Sometime between 1978 and 1983. My serial # list only goes up to '77, and the Series 70 ceased being made in 1983.
Magazines? Numrich/Gunpartscorp has them: http://www.e-gunparts.com/product.asp?chrProductSKU=560960 for $36.50. Commander mags will fit your full-size Gov't Model.
