Where to find 7.5 x 53.5 Swiss ammo

Have a chance at a Schutzen in this odd caliber..Only problem is finding ammo..Any ideas??Thanks,modoc

    I am not familiar with 7.5 x 53.5. If you mean 7.5 x 55, then try here: $156 for a 480 rd case.

    7.5X53.5 is the designation for the older ammo for the older Swiss rifles, pre Gewehr 1911. The original cartridge was the GP-90.

    I'm sorry to say you will probably not be able to find any, unless you handload. In that case, trim the case to the proper length, load with a milder load than GP-11, and go from there. The regular 7.5X55 brass is used.
