David Lee is correct that your current FFL will be sufficient. However, it has nothing to do with replacement receivers; Federal law requires ALL gunsmiths to obtain an FFL.

CUSTOM work requires a type 07. Assuming you're not doing anything more complex than replacing firing pins, you should be fine.
