can anyone tell me what year the remington model 10 shotgun was made, and what year did they stop.and were they good shotguns. thanks bridgebuilder41

  Came across an old Remington Model 10 shotgun a few months back and I was trying to figure out what "grade" the shotgun was. The different grades are listed here ( http://www.remington.com/library/history/firearm_models/shotguns/model_10.asp ). The serial number is U126614.   1907-1929 as far as I can tell. Good gun then or good gun today?
  
  Remington is known for making quality utility guns. I'd venture that the M-10 was excellent in its day and still pretty good today (if in good condition).

  I had one about 20 years ago, bottom eject, IF I remember correctly, it was an oldie, probably not much interest in them to collectors. imo,,,nambu
