148 gr dewc .38cal

i just got some 38 cal 148 gr dewc for my 38 special iwas wondering what is the max load of win231 i should use and what is the OAL. i will be shooting them out of a 6 1/2 barrel ruger blackhawk 357 mag.

  Full wadcutters are designed for maximum accuracy at ranges up to 50 yards. They are not designed for high velocity. Generally you seat them flush or nearly flush with the case mouth.
