Pistol AR15 weight

Is there still some kinda law that says if you build an AR15 pistol it has to be below a certain weight?

  It used to be 50 ounces. It can be 50 pounds now if you really want it to be.

  depends upon the state... many enacted their own mirror version of the AWB that did not expire.
