Auction Fraud

I know that this will probably be poofed. However I hope this way it reaches customer support faster than my e-mail. Auction number 39114585 is a fake. Picture and some text has been stolen from another auction site (6921401).

    Which one was the fake ? I get 6921401 is invalid or too old and has been removed from system .

    Not a bad deal on that SKB if it's not a fake .

    I renigned on a purchase when I found a seller running a picture of another persons gun. Oh well.. I want to see the exact gun I am buying NOT speculation.

    Not necessarily fraud to use the photo of another gun. Some folks do it because they don't have a camera. Of course, they should tell you that it is not the exact item.

    If you report your suspicions to GB, they will investigate & remove the item if fraudulent. There ARE several crooks in Europe & Asia running cons; I would be reluctant to buy from outside the US, especially if there is no feedback.

    HI, If it was just the picture I would have taken notice. It was the picture and the specific wording stolen from the other auction that set off the alarm. I sure hope they don't send this person the money. It only takes once to ruin a good thing.
