Broomhandle Disassembly

Does anyone know where I can get directions on disassembly of the C-96 Broomhandle Mauser? I would be very greatfull, thanks in advance....

    The National Rifle Association Sells Firearm Assembly Manuals..If You're an NRA Member, just call them at the NRA 800 number and order one for the Broomhandle...You'll want Manual # 4...I highly recommend that You purchase the manual before attempting to dismount this Pistol...There's only ONE SCREW in this Pistol...and that ONE holds the Grips ON........Everything else is Held together by Friction and the Close Tolerances of the internal pieces...Lose one Part or Break One Piece....and You'll have a 2 pound piece of Scrap Iron...I've owned dozens of Broomhandle Mausers over the course of 50 years...and believe me its a Beautifully Made piece of Work....but can be absolute Hell to the Uneducated when in pieces....I wish You Well..............

    Disassembly is a piece of cake. Putting it back together is where the fun starts. It's like a jigsaw puzzle. It might be helpful to use a video camera while you are takeing it apart to see how it goes back together. (This also helps for a lot of other things besides guns.)
