I have a Chevy Blazer, 1995, 4x4 that I had to replace the tank in. What is the name of the part that sits on top of the gas tank that the fuel lines attach to? I used to knwo but its excpae4d me. Is it a sub-assembly of the pump or what?

And yeah I knwo its not a gun question but I'm trying to get my truck up and running soon.

  If you have fuel injection, the unit is called a fuel pump assembly.Consists of fuel pump, sending unit, filter on the pickup.
