Benelli M4 shotgun - worth it?
Has anyone used or handled the Benelli M4 shotgun and is it worth the arm and the leg they ask for it?

Well, being a Benelli - I'd go for it any day, no questions asked.
Have only handled it and it feels very sturdy.
M4 being a gasloader and should be approved for military use through thorough testing with weak as well as heavy loads, it should still be as reliable as any other Benelli product.
I love Benelli for their simplicity and all out quality - and I must say, that the M4 meet my expectations.
And since I own a Super Black Eagle, those expectations were HIGH.
The collapsible stock is simply great and works without a flaw and with no rattle at all.

look at a plain m1 also. that gas system was devolped to cycle when heavy night vision is put on it, something i don't require 0 -
I am VERY happy with mine. They function flawlessly with birdshot to 3" slugs, and are very accurate. The ARGO system seems to work well with any load.
Are they worth the money?
I can't answer that one for ya!

Just picked up a Benelli (HK marked) MT3 Folder.
Pump/auto, put a couple hundred rounds through it
from AA to Hi Mags and cycles like a charm.
It might not say "Browning" on it, but I've
totally in awe with the Benelli Inertia system.
Smooth and dependable.
