what do you think is the better gun ? ruger 1 or thompson encore.
why?

  The Ruger #1 is the classiest of the lot. The 1A's with the 22 inch barrel is a neat little carbine type.
  
  Gun control is hitting what your aiming at.

  The Ruger is IMHO the better looking, however the encore can change barrels, you will have to decide which is more important to you.
