Gun show this weekend, need advice on two guns

Hopefully I'll be able to find a good CZ-52 and Swiss K31 there. I've been wanting these after reading all the reviews on how fun they are. Any tips on what to look for (or look out for) on either of these?

  I prefer the CZ 52 with the origonal finish instead of the reblued guns that are being sold at the cheaper prices.

  I think a price of $100 for a CZ52 would leave the dealer with little or no profit. Wholesale is generally listed at between $89 and $119, depending on the condition and the wholesaler. Figure a lower end gun will sell for $90 wholesale, then add shipping and %10 for the dealer, you are talking about $120, and most probably if bought at a show, a bit more.
