M60 style bipod
Greetings. I attended a gun show held in Rochester, NY last weekend and while I was there I saw that some of the vendors were selling bipods that looked like smaller versions of the M60 MG bipod that were made to be attached to rails. Does anyone know the make/model of these bipods I have spent the last hour trying to find them online without any luck.

Hard to play the game with such a vague description and no pictures. However I have seen some demilled M60 bipods rewelded and rebuilt to fit rail interfaces and other custom applications. They were shortened due to the mismatched torch-cut legs. There are alot of demilled M60 bipods and parts coming out of Govt scrap yards in the last few years. Some folks are doing a great job putting what they can salvage back on the market, looking as-new being refinished after grinding the welds smooth. 0 -

Let me get this straight ... you actually saw these bi-pods; you could have handled and examined them ... as well as spoken to the vender that was hawking them.
Then you come here and because your thread has been viewed 30 times on a site that has 30,505 members (not counting visitors) ... and your going to give the membership crap because the right person hasn't seen/responded to your post yet ... is that what your saying, Dick?

The guy your talking about is out of Oceanside CA area.
Check the biggerhammer.com board he hangs around there.
Look for PRINCE bipods, that is the guys last name.
Also look at Armilite, he makes bi-pods for them also.
