What size rings

I am about to purchase a Remington 700 LSS 7mm Rem Mag 24" barrel with stainless Leupold bases and medium height rings. I was wondering if you can use a 50mm objective scope or will it be a 40mm. Thanks for the info.

  leupold chart says use high
