Colt 1991 A1 Slide

Would it be possible to intall this upper on a Norinco 1911 A1 frame? The second question is, how do the 1991 A1 slides differ from the Para Odnance LDA 745 slides?

  The Colt slide should fit on your Norinco with minor fitting. You'll need to leave out the series "80 Firing Safety Plunger & spring" in the slide.
  
  Not familar with the "Parra-Ord" 745 slide.
