Beretta 686 onyx
Can anyone tell me if Beretta has quit makeing the 686 onyx. I have one with 26 inch barrels in matt finish with oil finish stock. I'ts in 98% condition. what are they worth. thanks in advance for any infromation.

You don't say guage, but $800 for a 20 guage, $675 for the 12. They are wonderful guns and should last a lifetime. Most shooters want choke tubes, although in a O/U you'd be as well off without them. Choke tubes aren't too versatile when they rust in place, get lost, or have no wrench. 0 -
maybe its me, but all the lower dollar berettas we had at our club broke ejectors a lot. the tolerances were less and if someone tried to close the gun while ejectors were extended with a hull in them, sometimes the hull would slip in front of the ejector and bend them when closed.

I think they are still in production. Lev my Whitewing (a close relative) I guess they are sold only through Dick's now, or so I've heard.
