KEL-TEC
What do you guys think about kel-tec p11 or possiably in .32 or .380? What are some pros and cons? thanks

I went to buy the .32 Kel-tec today and they also had the .380. I thought it was a much bigger pistol and was pleasantly suprised that although it was heavier and held one less round, it was very close to the same size.
Is there bad about the .380 version? Anything else I should know about? I think I've looked at all the very small "deep-conceal" pistols (Seecamp, NAA, Augusta, Beretta, etc) and the Kel-tec seems to be the smallest, lightest, and most inexpensive of them and has a good reputation.
P.S. This gun will be for situations where clothing or situation doesn't permit my normal carry gun. Any gun is better than none...0 -
Don't know what kind of dinners you've been served while wearing a tux; but if you have to shoot your own food, get a bigger gun!
Seriously though, the P3AT is a fine companion after you break it in thoroughly. Small, lightweight, easily tucked into a cumberbund, accurate enough across a dinner table.

A couple of us have one each and consider them about as good as it gets, with gunnut's proviso of firing at least a couple hundred rounds not only to get acquainted to the trigger pull but also to "prove up" the gun. The early one's had some problems that KelTec immediately took care of. They are small enough to always have it on you. So Mr. Bond can have his PPK, this is better. 0 -

THANKS FOR THE INPUT. I VALUE YOUR EXPERTISE. NO, I WON'T SHOOT THE FOOD SERVED BUT MIGHT SHOOT THE WAITER IF'N HE BRINGS ME SOMETHING THAT IS STILL MOVING. It's my go everywhere gun and I have a few choices.
The gun is either in my front pocket or a Fobus Kydex paddle holster over the right hip. Mine is an early first edition that went through some teething problems with the extractor, throating etc..
I plan on adding some workable sights some day.0
