winchester 52

I receintly looked at a win 52 I would like to purchase. The problem is the bolt won't come out. A friend said it just needs a good cleaning, that they all do that. could someone shed some light on this?

    Can anyone give me a ballpark idea of the value of a Winchester model 52 Bull barrel with a serial number of 10xxx? It has Vavier sights and about 80% blue. It has the speedlock trigger also.

    welcome to the boards!
    i thought there was a lever on the side that allows it to come out and i thought it had something to do with holding the trigger as you pulled it out. maybe some other experts can help us both out....

    dry fire it,then push pressure forward on the triggger(hold), and open the bolt sliding it rearward and out.Remember to hold trigger forward.
