ship a box of ammo? HOW?

I think I spoke too soon -- I am selling a rifle here on GB and offered to send a box of ammo with it. Now I don't think I can. Is ther a way to ship the ammo - I have no licenses. Can I put a box in the hard case with the gun? Priority mail? UPS? Fedex?

    It is not legal to ship loaded ammo with the USPS, but it is OK to ship with Fed-X and UPS.

    Gun control is hitting what your aiming at.

    ammo can go fedex or UPS... must be in factory package and your box must be marked "ORM-D". There is no additional charge for this level of hazmat but it can't go air AFAIK.

    You cannot ship it in the same box as the firearm. [:)]

    Last box of ammo I bought on gunbroker came in a box with the designation "book rate".
