10/22 bullpup conversion?

Any experience with the muzzlelite bullpup kit for ruger 1022?
hows the trigger action and feel? is this a quality piece?
any info is greatly appreciated, thanks

I have used the 1022 and the Mini 14 as well as the Marlin camp 9. It looks real cool but the trigger pull is off the chart bad. Dont do it. My 2 cents [8D]

you are meaning hard trigger pull, correct? How does it affect rapidfiring?

If you put a little dry lube or lithium grease in the trigger linkage channels it works great. Got a 10/22 with the bullpup kit and don't really have any compaints about it

Muzzlite is the only one I've seen for bullpup kits for the 10/22

hey kingjoey, would you say that the muzzlelite kit is a quality piece, or is it "cheap plastic"? Can you rapidfire easily? Do hi-cap mags get in way of pistolgrip? Sorry for all of the ?'s, but trying to decide on this purchase. thanks

that ironwood kit is nice but pricey. seen the ak kit a while back, it too seems nice and a decent price too, but looking for a bullpup kit.

It is really light, so the gun feels more like a toy but it is well built and sturdy. Most of your 'banana mags' won't fit because of the pistol grip, you can use factory mags, smaller mags, or 50rd MWG drum mags. I notched the back of the PG on mine to allow it to take the banana mags

The best bull pup kit for the 10/22 is from Dixie Consolidated they are all metal and smaller than that muzzlelite crap.

They don't have many picks, thay also sell some times on ebay

I would check out the "Krinkor Plinkor" I bought one at knobb creek last year, Quality parts real ak side folder, short barrel, all for under 300.00 check it out I don't think you'll be dissapointed. It is another option than bullpup.
