Savage Springfield double
Does anyone know if any of the parts for a Savage 315 or Riverside double will interchage with a Springfield 1915 Shotgun. I need the Cocking plunger for a 1915 20 ga. double and cannot find any parts listed for it

Stevens,Savage, Fox model B,and Springfield doubles share a lot of common parts. It's a good bet the cocking plunger is one of those common parts. Gun Parts/Numrich has them.
Since you are into the gun take a look at the hammers. My Savage Fox 20 had die cast, Zamak zinc alloy hammers. Numrich had a kit for replacing them with steel hammers.0
