I HAVE A 12 GA. SINGLE SHOT W/ HAMMER .THE ONLY NAME ON IT IS < BRIDGE GUN
COMPANY >ITS IN GREAT CONDITION . WHO MADE THIS SHOTGUN ?? I HEARD IT COULD
OF BEEN MADE IN OR NEAR ST. LOUIS MISSOURI .?? I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ITS VALUE
IF ANY ?? THANKS FOR ANY HELP. POPPY

  I agree with everything the good capitan said, except value. I'm aware that the price of guns is somewhat regional, but $100.00 for an old utility single just doesn't get it.
  
  If you go to a gun show you'll see these old clunkers tagged for anywhere between $75.00 on up to twice that, but they don't sell. Dealers will exchange them once in awhile for $30.00 to $40.00, but they won't be thrilled even at that price.
  
  Offer a dealer $50.00 for one of these old guns and you'll see wheels turn. Offer $70.00 and that gun will be yours so fast you won't know what happened. Turn around and try to resell your prize and you'll be lucky to get a taker at $35.00.
