Obtaining a C&R

Hello Experts

I would like to obtain a C&R license, as my main interests in firearms cover mainly WWII weapons and accessories, and I believe with a C&R I can save the price of a months groceries on a few gun sales

What I need to know

Who I need to call
What form I need
Any special requirements
how much does it cost

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hello a C&R is not a dealers lic it is meant to allow a"COLLECTOR" to be able to buy collectable items and to sell items if he is upgradeing his collection. you must keep records in a bound book and if the BATF check your book and you are buying and selling the same item in a short time frame they CAN charge you as a dealer . Be careful on what you do with a C&R.Go to the BATF website and they have all the info you need.

    That's what I want to do

    My plan is to collect a full set of infantry arms from both the american and british armies of WWII (except the fully automatic ones of course) I don't plan on letting them go again until I have kids and then they'll go to the kids :)
