value of S&W 37mm Samson
Could any body help with the current value of a nib S&W 37 mm Samson, are there any special regulations on this type of item of can anyone buy one. Is there a class desigination for ownership by a ffl, like class1, or class 3. Are there rounds avail. and who might have them for sale, all help gratefully appreciated there are rounds called FliteRights that are with it, how would these have to be shipped to a prospective buyer? Thanks for the help, I screwed up the name its called a "Goliath" on all the rounds and is packed in a large green carring suitcase with all the rounds in foam cutouts.A fair price will get it to you. The Smith & Wesson Book pictures (2) 37mm gas projectors made by S & W Chemical Co. of Rock Creek Ohio. One is a pistol, the other is described as a shoulder fired Gas Gun.
They are valued between $400 & $600, NIB. Nothing is mentioned about their legality. Neither are identified as being made by, or know as "Samson"?

Check out 37mm.com Yes, ownership of the gas projectors is legal. Yes, you can screw around trying make your own M-79, and THAT is ILLEGAL as all get out. Neat website, tho. May find better info there.[:)] 0
