I would appreciate some info on year this 1906 Winchester .22 pump, sn. 681662 was manufactured?

  Your Model 06 was manufactured circa 1929/30. Unfortunately, that is all the closer that anyone can get. The original factory ledgers held by the Cody Firearms Museum end at serial number 79,999 for the Model 1906/06.
