Sporterized Enfield/ Curio and Relic???

Hi gentlemen/ladies, I need your expertice to verify for me if a Sporterized Enfield would be considered a Curio and Relic item? Thank you ahead of time.

    No C&R, only in original configuration

    I would be most interested to hear this myself, as I was under the impression that only the reciever is counted as a firearm by the ATF, and if the reciever is over 50 years old, it is C and R.

    Key point being original. If everything else is still original, have the seller change the stock back to the original and ship. I have done this several times.
