Follow up to 4-3/4" or 5-1/2", driving me nuts!

Just do what I did and buy all 3! A Buntline is next!, then a 3" with ejector and a 3" sheriffs without ejector, and I'll have just about all bases covered! [:D]

  I would say go with what points and balances the most naturally in your hand. I purchased two 5 1/2" in 44 mag, but now am looking at 4 3/4" because they point better for me.
  
  For backpacking and camping, I personally carry a J frame 22 or a 3" 629.
