Why is that 223 History always at the top of the list?

  It's a post that stays at the top. It's kept there for everyone to check out without having to scroll through pages of posts to find it. Currently the are putting a single sticky up in this forum that has some interesting history about a particular cartridge/gun just for informational purposes.
