Browning Citori alloy receivers
Does anyone have an opinion on the durability of the alloy receiver of the Citori feather grade? I can see the advantage of the lighter weight when walking after upland birds, etc. Should I have any concerns about it shooting loose? I average less than 500 12ga shells/year.

that pivot lug being slammed on a alooy receiver gives me goose bumps. i prefer steel receivers. what happens if a shell goes in crooked or doesnt fall in just right and bangs the top of the breech? ding...becomes, ching ching! 500 is not a lot a year. you should be ok. i mean, browning im sure thought all this out beforehand.
