How do you adjust the front sight (windage) on a 1916 Spanish Mauser?
?Very carefully with a Rubber hammer?

  That's a good question, mine has a scope but it looks like you'd have to tap the sight to move it[?]

  Yes, with a hammer and punch, preferably brass. Rest the muzzle against something hard with a rubber buffer inbetween. It's a 2 person job to do well. THen whallop on it. Sometimes a lot of force is needed, sometimes not.

  An empty case works well for a "punch". Hold onto the neck and use the head crosswise so you're fingers don't get adjusted too.
